- Stated Price may vary in case of any changes in DED as per UAE Government Law will be proved by receipts.
- The whole process will be completed in maximum three working weeks.
- The advance is Non Refundable if the customer fails to pay the remaining balance within three weeks.
- If the Al Etihad Credit Bureau finds out any issues regarding license, then our company will replace the license with another existing license and if not possible the company will refund your advance.
- DED, court fee and any other Government fee will be paid by the customer. Above mentioned cost is for old company license only.
- All the modification which customer wants to do in the license, he will pay all government fees.
- Management has full rights on all the conditions and above signed both the parties are agree on it.
- All the companies are responsible to take their own office and provide Ejari to DED department upon the request of DED according to U.A.E law.
- All partners of license are requested to provide NOC letter from their company upon the request of DED.
- When old company license is transfer to the customer by Dubai court and MOA is signed by both parties buyer & seller our company will not be responsible for any Kind of refund.
- If new costumer does not come in court for signing of court Moa on the company will not refund advance amount.All new partners of company are responsible to pay their Overstay fine by themselves and they are responsible to manager their immigration and absconding issues by them self.
